You take a moment to think about how to handle this, and decide that you'll call your father.
Going to your phone, you call your dad.
"Hey dad, who is this guy at our house?"
"Oh him, that's Larry! He's a friend of mine from the old days.He's going to be living in our neighborhood. I wanted to show him around."
