Don agreed to help his mentor. He would do anything for this god like creature, even if he was only the size of a Ken doll. He placed Eric in his lab-coat pocket and made his trip to the store cupboard.
He arrived back a short while later and put the tiny professor back down on the lab-desk and asked him for guidance in how to replace the lens. Eric raced towards the edge of the lab-desk and peered over at the broken machine. Don looked down and noticed a dazed but tiny Ben Westlake. He picked up the machine and placed all the broken parts on the desk, then he reached down and collected up the tiny Ben. He placed Ben onto the desk next to Eric.
