Stuttering, Emma gulped. "Uhhh....no thanks..."

"Why not?" Daniella asked, a little offended. "He's not going to bite. He's really nice. His name is Dallas."

"Daniella... I told you, I'm not good with people, I wouldn't be able to..."

"Oh nonscense! You sure you don't want to come over? C'mon, Em, you're my best friend! You have to meet him!"

Emma paused and thought about this for a second.
