Does she believe Jack?

         "Umm...Jack? Could you wait up a minute?" Anna asked, ever so sweetly.
         "Sure, honey," he said.
         "I saw you with Jessica today," Anna finally got it off her chest, "I...I was just wondering...why were you guys walking together hand-n-hand?"
         Jack laughed. "Anna, are you jealous?"
         "I am if you're cheating on me!" She wasn't laughing a bit--she was extremely serious. "Tell me, Jack, what were you doing with her?"
         "Jessica came up to me, first," Jack said, "And second thing, we weren't walking hand-n-hand, we were just walking! And we were talking, like normal people. She's a new friend of mine, Anna. Maybe I was asking her what I should get you for your birthday..."
         "My birthday is in three months, Jack," Anna complained.
         "Well, the sooner the better, right? Listen, you wanna walk with me to my locker? Your locker isn't too far away from that, will it make it up for you if we do that?"
