Cat and Mouse

Dauphin opened the message and turned pale. She turned to Delpheus.

"Whilst we have been here our homeland has been attacked. Our home is nearly destroyed."

This was unexpected to both of them! Delpheus wonder who would have taken advantage of their countries vulnerability, with their main armies many miles South attacking abother nation.

"We must go back and protect our home," Dauphin decided.

"But what of here?" asked Delpheus.

"We have made our point. If it is them that have attacked our home this time as well they will pay later."
