There was nothing Dauphin would rather do than head straight to the castle. However, with the number of imperial guard heading their way, Dauphin reluctantly admitted to herself that a more roundabout path would actually be faster.

Moving along a series of city streets that ran parallel to the castle, Dauphin let herself move some distance away from the forces now led by her twin brother before heading straight to the castle. Upon reaching the grounds of the castle proper, she found an entrance to the castle...
