While the cat is away

"Hello boy," Dauphin said warmly. She really was blessed to be looking after such a magnificent beast. "I'm just going for a... look around the town. Oh, who am I kidding, you can't understand me after all. I'm going," and here she lowered her tone significantly, "Shopping!"

With those words Dauphin skipped out of the stables, leaving her steed alone
