A remote control has appeared in the Super Smash Bros universe that swaps fighters around |
No one is quite sure where or when it came from, but one day, a fighter found a remote in a storage room. They soon find out that this remote could swap different attributes between two fighters, with only the remote's user being aware of any change. Characters: Every playable fighter from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is allowed to be used. No spirits, Pokeball Pokemon, assist trophies, bosses, etc. The remote: The remote is roughly 7 inches long, 3 inches wide and 1 inch thick, and dark grey in color. There are multiple buttons on the face of the remote, each labelled with their function. The user can select two targets, either themselves and another fighter or two other fighters. These functions are: Select: the fighter the remote is pointed at is designated a "target," indicated by a bright white outline only the user can see. Up to two fighters can be targets at a time. To deselect, the button needs to be pressed again while pointed at the target. Hitting any other button with two targets selected also deselects them. If two targets are not selected, any swaps made default to either the user or the single target, and the fighter closest to them. Body: the two targets' bodies are swapped. Their clothes and abilities not directly tied to their biology stay the same. Clothes: the two targets' clothes are swapped. The clothes are also resized to fit their new owner. Life: the two targets' lives are swapped. This basically means that everything, including clothes and abilities, and except for physical body and voice, are swapped. Any equipment and clothing is also altered to fit their new anatomy. Half: the two targets' lower halves are swapped. Clothes are included in this swap. Head: the two targets' heads are swapped. Relationship: the two targets' relations to the other fighters are swapped. For example, if the two targets are Fox and Peach, Fox would now be Mario's "girlfriend" and Peach would have a rivalry with Wolf. Reset and Restart: two deceptively similar buttons: Reset will undo every swap made, while Restart will make the user think every swap was undone, when in reality the only thing changed was the user's awareness. Only the fighter holding the remote will be aware of any swaps they made; every other fighter will not think anything has changed at all. If more than one fighter uses the remote, they will not be made aware of any swaps any other fighter made. If the remote is activated by itself, no one will be aware of that swap. Setting: A large barracks-like structure that connects to every arena through a series of hubs. Also in the barracks is a mess hall, gym, library, workshop, storage rooms, and bedrooms that accommodate six fighters each. Guidelines: Try to flesh out the details of every chapter as much as you believe is appropriate Try to use proper English spelling and grammar to the best of your ability. Spellcheck exists for a reason Try to stay true to the characters' personalities and details established previously in the storyline Try to come up with something more creative than "man gets boobs and then gropes himself for six pages" Try to fill as many choice options as you can with your membership level Any guidelines broken will have their chapters edited while preserving as much as possible to keep the author's intent intact Rules: English only No explicitly sexual actions No ending a storyline One swap/major action per chapter, no multi-swaps or "next"s No completely breaking character. Any rules broken will have their chapter heavily edited or deleted outright. |
