The flute was made to control people with sound, using Jigglypuff's song as a base.

At first, it only has the ability to attract people the user finds attractive. Given time and practice, the user can learn to create other effect such as age progression, age regression, emotional control, memory control, physical alteration, and much more. The longer the practice, the greater the control.
