One hundred forty years after her great-grandfather had terrorized London, Carolyn revisits the formula that had set her family’s future on its downward course. With a freshly earned degree in chemical engineering and a passion for making something of herself, Carolyn sets herself a goal to right the wrongs of the past and bring about a better future for mankind.

Characters of Note:
Carolyn Jekyll - The protagonist of our story. As a fresh graduate of college/university, Carolyn is 22 years old. Her degree is in chemical engineering and she is quite intelligent. Her goal is to bring pride and respect back to her family name by any means necessary. She does not need the formula her great-grandfather made to directly create this response, but she feels it will get her there one way or another.

Kendra Coolidge - Carolyn’s best friend and confidant. Kendra is a fellow graduate. She has a degree in communications and has aspirations to get a job with a marketing agency.

Grace Jekyll - Carolyn’s mother is fifty-three years old and divorced. The Jekyll family tree runs up through Grace who was viewed as a gift from God after the great suffering endured by the Jekyll family as a result of Henry Jekyll’s death at the hands of Edward Hyde.
