Suddenly, Riko’s free arm went to rub the beginnings of the love-handles that were developing around Nanachi’s midsection. Nanachi jumped in surprise, and Riko gasped in pain and stumbled as her healing arm was jerked by the motion. Nanachi tripped over the uncooperative pants still laying at her feet, and the whole commotion sent them both tumbling to the ground in a heavy flop of limbs and fur.
Nanachi slowly sat up, brushing her long, silvery hair out of her face and looking at the human beside her, seeing the pained smile on their face. “S-sorry,” Nanachi muttered, doing her best to help Riko up. “No, that was on me,” Riko said brightly. “I should warn you next time.” “Nhaaaa …” was Nanachi’s soft reply. Riko responded by scootching herself up to Nanachi’s back, cuddling close and resuming gently rubbing her fur, making Nanachi sigh in her soft, nasal way. Embarrassing as it was to be both nude and seemingly getting chubby, she couldn’t deny it. This was very nice.
“R-Riko?” Nanachi moaned softly. “Yesss?” Riko cooed in reply, staying close. “I … I think I’m puttin’ on weight … Too much weight …” Nanachi complained. “Hmmm,” Riko thought aloud, gently probing her fuzzy companion’s squishy body, eliciting more soft moans from the embarrassed Hollow. “I don’t know about that,” Riko concluded, “I think you’re perfect just the way you are.” She rested her chin on Nanachi’s shoulder with a blissful sigh, her cheek brushing against the soft, sweet-smelling fur of that adorable blushing face. “You’re so soft, Nanachi,” Riko said softly into her ear. “Nhaaaa … I s’pose …” Nanachi agreed reluctantly, shivering softly from the intimacy. She supposed it could be worse. At least she could still move around and fend for herself. For now.
