Alex squints up at the ceiling as he heard a sudden banging knock. Mumbling to himself he struggles out of bed and slides on a t-shirt. With fingers wiping over his eyes he opens the door only to blankly stare at the courier standing there.
"Hello! I need you to sign for this package!"
The courier was taller then he was, blonde and had a fit body. He was trying not to oogle but Alex was still shaking off the sleep sand. The girl was a dream but as he dumbly gazes at her she began to wiggle the document.
"Sir?" She asks, smiling still but it feeling strained. "Please sign."
Taking it Alex took ahold of it and scribbled something illegible as he handed it back. She takes ahold of it and turns off, hurriedly off now. He watches her stride off, her shorts being notably tight around her behind as he tries to discreetly watch her head out. Slowly he shuts the door and drifts back inside, holding up the package. It was absolutely covered countless packing labels. Some of them in languages that he could not make out, some he was not sure were even real languages and instead just symbols.
There was a spark of curiosity there as he shook it, hearing something rattle in it as he went to go and get a knife. He slide it across the top and saw there was an old letter in it.
Alex held it up and began to read. Dear Isaac, I don't have the time to explain what will happen next, though I'm sure you'll find a way to make use of the inheritance I've left you.
Alex blinks, mouth turning as he took a moment to consider. "Who the hell is Isaac?"
There was a slight shift around him. It was almost as if the world flickered and then suddenly the note changed. The name Isaac had been replaced with the name Alex.
Another squint down at the piece of paper, the man twisting his lips at this as he gazes down at the name that now matches his own. There was a slight shrug as he tossed the sheet of paper aside and gazes down at what was inside the package.
"Why does this all seem familiar? This has to be some scam."
A groan left him as he turns to look at the box, pondering on whether to just toss it out or not.
