As you casted the jutsu something is happening in you belly witch made you worried.

COUGH COUGH what is happening in there: You said

Im going to burn you from inside out you bitch: Sasuke then casted fire jutsu inside you belly.

NO NO please im begging you to stop please: You pleaded him to stop while you screamed in pain.
