The sun shines lazily through verdant branches high above. The many chirps and twitters of birds whistle down from this skyward direction. The gentle flow of water can be heard nearby, an unseen brook trickling down over evenly polished rocks into a deep pool. Moss clings to the rock and stone surrounding this small body of water.
You stand here in this tranquil dell just at the edge of the pool, taking in your new surroundings.
Everything looks so strange and different when you are smaller than a drop of water, and that you are indeed. From head to toe, you are nothing more than a fraction of an inch tall, not even able to swim across the few feet of water before you.
Natural sounds of the untamed woods lie all about you, but one set of sounds draws closer, some sort of monster is approaching you!
