As warm milk was getting sucked into her mouth she felt a sudden sensation in her bladder, she had to pee now, and in a panic she started to flail in Robo nanny's grip. Robo nanny briefly removed the bottle from Sarah's mouth to readjust it's grip tighter around the young genius, making movement difficult, just enough time for Sarah to say, "Robo nanny, i need to-" A bit of milk spilled from Sarahs mouth as she suddenly said something.
"You need to drink you milk baby girl, else you are never gonna be big and strong," Robo nanny said as it once again put the bottle into Sarah's mouth to stop her talking, "no talking with your mouth full little one."
Sarah understood the assignement and start nursing quickly to empty the bottle quick, she finally finished but before anything else Robo nanny said, "Oh baby must be thirsty to drink so quickly, good think i have another bottle ready."
As Robo nanny said that it quickly grabbed another full baby bottle from it's chest compartment and replaced the one already in Sarah's mouth with it, making her drink again.
"Nooooo!" Sarah screamed internally as her escape slipped from her hands and her body gave out, she peed herself in Robo nanny's arms, her face turning beet red. Robo Nanny immidiatly sensed Sarah peeing herself and removed the bottle before lifting up Sarah's skirt while Sarah was still soaking them with her pee.
"Where are your diapers baby?" Robo nanny asked, "did you take them off when your mommy and daddy left? naughty baby."
