Why does sasuke turn naruto into a woman?

Option1- Sasuke wants strong and powerful women to help restore his clan He noticed how powerful naruto is so he looks through his clans jutsu library to see if there is anything he can use on naruto and he eventually does find something he can use to turn naruto into a woman

Option2- Sasuke wins a bet against naruto so he has naruto use his sexy jutsu to become his maid for a while (which means naruto has to live with him as it would be inconvenient for his maid to live so far from her master) and the first few days were normal until he informed natsumi(narutos name while female) of her new uniform she has to wear which is quite skimpy but due to natsumis stubbornness of keeping her word she wears the new uniform then there is odd orders sasuke gives her then the sasuke "accidentally" walks in on natsumi bathing or changing or when natsumi brings sasuke new clothes to wear just as sasuke exits the bath still wet and the towel on his shoulder giving natsumi a view of sasukes not so little friend between his legs(which natsumi noticed it wasn't hard so her face went red at what it would be like when it's hard) or when natsumi watches sasuke train without a shirt on getting her mind to go to a rather mature path seeing sasukes chiseled sweaty torso
