Option1- Natsu himself(even though it wasn't intentional) as when he ate the etherion infused lacrima fragment his body had to adjust to be able to handle all of the magic within that lacrima fragment however it didn't happen immediately as it took til the next day for it to change natsu

Option2- Erza/Mira/Lucy They want natsu to experience what it's like to be a woman going shopping hanging out girls nights etc. Erza wants more female members for fairy tail Mira needs another model for several photoshoots as her usual partner has to deal with some family stuff which could take a while Lucy wants another person to read with her and her train to be stronger
