The Rainbow House was an orphanage for discarded Littles, from Littles who after being moved, did not find a family, or whose parents decided they did not want a Little.

The orphanage had all the comforts to house the Littles, waiting to be adopted, there were even plans and aids and tax deductions for those who adopted a Little from the orphanage. It tried to be a nice and welcoming place. At present it had ten Littles waiting to be adopted.
