Mark took a moment to examine the remote and saw that it seemed to have a lot of options. Scanning them, there were physical options like Body, clothes, and parts, but also stuff like life. There was even some intelligence swap options and other intangible things. He frowned as he examined it. It seemed like this remote would allow him to swap things with people. That was impossible, right? It had to be some kind of toy, but the device was so complex and detailed. Maybe he should test it out.
Shame his family was out so he should probably visit a friend of his, or at least someone he knew.
His girlfriend might be a good option, maybe Mark could swap with her or her family before telling her about it. Mark also had a couple of friends he knew since he was a kid. Any of them would be interested if this wasn’t actually a joke. Though his best friend was probably the best option.
“If this is real though…”
He could visit some of the popular girls from school. One of them lived down the street from him. She was a bit of a bully to people and thought she was better than others. Mark could have some fun at her expense without feeling guilty. Or he could visit one of his other neighbors. There were such a wide variety of people on the block.
Of course, Mark could go somewhere else and find a target to swap with.
