**Chapter 2: The Unfolding Curse**
Dirk laughed as he held the door open for his mistress, Samantha, who giggled and twirled playfully before stepping into the movie theater. Dirk's charm had never failed him, and tonight was no different. As they settled into their seats, Dirk couldn’t help but feel a pang of guilt. He quickly brushed it aside; after all, he was having fun, and Amelia was becoming too predictable.
Unbeknownst to Dirk, Amelia had followed them. She sat a few rows behind, her eyes burning with anger and resolve. Clutched tightly in her hand was the voodoo doll she had bought from the mysterious shop. Tonight, Dirk would pay for his betrayal.
As the lights dimmed and the movie began, Amelia's hand trembled as she pulled the voodoo doll from her bag. She could feel the weight of her decision, but her anger fueled her actions. Taking a deep breath, she began to stretch the doll's arms and legs.

Dirk shifted in his seat, a sudden tingling sensation spreading through his body. He frowned and tried to ignore it, focusing on the screen. But the feeling intensified, becoming a strange warmth that spread from his chest outward.
"Are you okay?" Samantha whispered, noticing his discomfort.
"Yeah, I'm fine," Dirk replied, though his voice sounded strained.
Suddenly, Dirk's body jolted. He gasped, feeling his bones creak and his muscles twitch. His fingers twitched involuntarily, and he looked down, eyes widening in horror as his hands began to swell, stretching larger and larger.
"What's happening?" he muttered, panic creeping into his voice.
Samantha turned to him, her eyes widening in fear as she saw Dirk's body growing before her eyes. "Dirk, you're—you're getting bigger!"
Dirk's clothes began to strain against his expanding frame. His shirt pulled tight across his chest, buttons popping off one by one. His pants stretched and tore at the seams, and his shoes groaned as his feet pushed against the leather.
Amelia watched from behind, her heart pounding as she continued to stretch the doll. Her anger surged, and she pulled harder, the doll elongating in her hands.
Dirk let out a cry of pain as his growth accelerated. His legs stretched out, his knees pushing against the seat in front of him until it snapped. He tried to stand, but his head collided with the ceiling, cracking the plaster.
"Help! Someone help us!" Samantha screamed, backing away from Dirk as he continued to grow. The other moviegoers turned in their seats, gasping in shock and horror.
Dirk's head pressed against the ceiling tiles, his body hunched over awkwardly as he struggled to find space. His clothes ripped and fell away, leaving him in tatters. His shoes burst open, his toes stretching out into the aisle.
"Make it stop! Please, make it stop!" Dirk begged, his voice booming through the theater.
Amelia's hands shook as she watched the scene unfold, but she couldn't stop now. She pulled the doll further, feeling a dark satisfaction as Dirk's suffering escalated.
Dirk's body surged again, and he let out a guttural scream as his growth hit a new level of intensity. His shoulders smashed through the ceiling, debris raining down on the panicked audience below. He rose higher and higher, his head and torso bursting through the roof of the theater, exposed to the night sky.
"Dirk! Dirk!" Samantha cried, her voice drowned out by the chaos around them.
Dirk's transformation slowed as he reached twenty feet tall, his enormous form towering over the theater. He stood there, panting and disoriented, his mind struggling to comprehend what had happened.
Amelia dropped the voodoo doll, her hands trembling. She had done it. Dirk had paid for his betrayal in the most unimaginable way. As she slipped out of the theater, leaving the chaos behind, she felt a mix of triumph and unease. Magic, the shopkeeper had warned, always came with a price. But for now, she was willing to pay it.
