"Okay." Blitz said addressing his employees. "The client will be here tomorrow to drop off the money and pick up his purple ball thing so it needs to be kept safe, so until then Loona will look after it."
"What!?" Moxxie said in surprise. "Sir, if the orb is extremely valuable to our client then why would you entrust it to someone who would most likely break it?"
"Don't be such a bitch Mox, I'm sure my little Loony toony wouldn't let anything happen to our client's most prized possession." Blitz said in defense of his adopted hellhound daughter while cuddling her (much to her irritation).
"And besides, I'm not sure I can trust you to handle something after your little crossbow mishap." Blitz continued, recalling the time Moxxie accidentally shot a crossbow arrow which resulted in the office catching fire. Moxxie said nothing else.
"Now that that argument is settled can you can you keep this thing save for your dear old dad?" Blitz said to Loona. "Sigh, whatever." Loona said before taking the orb. "That's why you're my favorite Loony." The large horned imp said as he lovingly hugged the hellhound which was still irritating to her.
Later that night, Loona was in her room, laying in bed while reading a magazine, there was a knock at her door before Blitz poked his head in. "Hay, Loony." said Blitz. "I'm going out for a while doing... stuff." In reality, he was going to spy on Moxxie and Millie during their date. "Are you gonna be Allright here by yourself?"
"Yeah Blitz, I'll be fine." Loona said, not taking her eyes off the magazine."Good, now there's lasagna in the fridge if get hungry, also remember to keep that orb safe, OK love sweetie, bye." Blitz said before leaving to spy on Moxxie and Millie.
Loona continued reading her magazine, after about thirty minutes she got thirsty, she got up to go into the kitchen to get something to drink, when she put the magazine on her night stand she saw the orb, having laid it there after she and Blitz got home, she picked it up.
"So." Loona said as she gazed at the small crystalline sphere in her hand/paw with little interest. "What's so special to that weirdo on the phone. Then, as if to answer her the orb began glowing. "Woah." Loona said as she stared wide eyed at the glowing orb, just then a surge of energy emerged from the sphere and enveloped the hellhound.
