The Director called Carl Hendrick and Miranda Blair

Carl was an agent who had been working on the clownification case for years. He was a tall, brown-haired man who was quite intelligent and considered one of the best agents today. Carl refused to give up on all this Clownification stuff because he never left a case half-finished.

Miranda was one of the newest agents. She was an athletic, brown-haired girl and a former police officer. She joined the agency after her brother was turned into a clown. Since then, she has been looking for a way to get him back to his normal form.
