Rebecca was out for a nice dinner with her boyfriend Matt for their anniversary. The two had been together for about two years and decided to mark the occasion with a special dinner at a nice steakhouse. She had even gotten a new black dress for the occasion as she was sure that he was going to pop the question. In fact he was planning on doing this and kept nervously fiddling with the ring in his pocket as they waited at the bar with their glasses of wine for their table to be ready.
