Giant in human flesh

"Uh...Samantha...why are you...so big?!" The giant woman shifted uncomfortably and tried her best to cover her ginormous chest...which only worked so well seeing as they had expanded a bit more than the rest of her body. When she realized trying to hide really did nothing for her, she just let her girls loose, and the giant bean bags wobbled a bit before settling.

You hated to admit how much that turned you on, and you worked as hard as you could to lock eyes with her.

"Well...to tell you why I am big now, you need to know about my past. You see, this is not the first night I have been a giant. And...I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a giant naturally. See, I was born a giant."

"You were...born as a giant? I'm sorry, but...how?"

"Genetics? Birth defect? Who really knows. I was tested on for years and no doctor found an explanation. Only a way for me to be 'normal'." She used air quotes with her fingers when she said that. "Doesn't matter. I starting growing and growing from day one. My parents were obviously terrified, but a solution was found kinda fast. See, they made this pill. It makes me normal sized for about 16 hours out of the day, but for the last third of my day, I spurt back up and get back some of my size. And that happens every night."

You shook your head. It was an absurd life story, but here she was, buck naked and three times your size. Did you have any reason to doubt her?

"I know it sounds insane...I mean it is, but that is me."

"So...what would happen if you didn't take your pills?"

"Well..."
