This mainly focuses on AR. Which is neato but I wanted to present a different idea that still works with the AR frame work.

Through some way or another Akira swaps body with one or both of the wardens, perhaps it's a shadow that does it, maybe it's part of his rehabilitation, or just perhaps he woke up one day and he's in Justine's body and every one treats it like this has always been the case. Either way he swaps with both or one of them
