Ben groaned as his entire body ached. His head felt liked it got hit by a bowling ball. For what felt liked an eternity he was unable to move his body or open his eyes. He softly groaned as slowly regained movement of his body. He slowly opened his eyes and stood up.
It was cool, very cold as Ben looked around. He was in some kind of palace. The walls where pure white and plain. He looked down, the carpet was a deep crimson red.
"Hello." Said Ben, but his only response was his own echo. Ben was puzzled as he didn't remember much. It was soccer practice, he just got done. Suddenly his head started hurting as flashes of memories played. There was a kid playing with a ball in the streets. He yelled as saw a car speeding towards them.
He couldn't remember what happened next. Then Ben realized something, it was cold but he didn't feel cold. This add to his confusion. Ben decided to follow the carpet as he might find something who could tell him what was going on.
He walked for what seemed like forever. Then he came to a large set of doors. He slowly opened the doors and then entered.
Ben stopped as he saw a lone figure setting on a throne. Ben blushed as the woman was extremely voluptuous and ethereal looking. Her long white hair flowed down and moved as if it was a river. Her Ash white skin was flawless and her white eyes where soothing. Her lips where a bright crimson red. She wore purple dress with red trim. It had a cleavage window and slits on both sides. She wore a pair of black heels and held a white and black hourglass with red sand in it.
"Welcome Benjamin Kirby Tennyson, come forth. We have much to discuss." Said the woman, in a calming and ertheal voice.
Ben slowly approached.
"I'm must be bunt, you have died Benjamin Kirby Tennyson and far far soon then you should." Said the woman, keeping an emotionless expression.
"What !?" Shouted Ben, as he suddenly remember pushing the kid out of the way but getting hit by the car.
"I'm afraid so, which leaves me with a problem." Said the woman, looking at Ben.
"Who are you ?" Asked Ben, the woman just looked at him.
"I go by many names, but at this time you may call me Pharasma." Said Pharasma. Ben just nodded.
"I rule over birth, death and fate. You shouldn't have died and because of that. The course of the river of fate in your universe have been thrown off and now I must make a new one for your universe." Said Pharasma, Ben just looked at her.
"I'm sorry my death have inconvenience you." Said Ben, sarcastically.
"If you trying to insult me, don't bothered. I have no feelings to hurt." Said Pharasma, looking at Ben.
"So why..." Said Ben.
"Why our you her. Simple, your death wasn't part of the river of fate. So I must get involved personally." Said Pharasma, looking at Ben.
"OK, so." Said Ben, still puzzled as why he was brought here.
"I don't like it when things happen that's goes against my river of fate in each universe. Your death have completely upend the fate of your universe. I have no place to put you, as you haven't done enough to be judge accurately." Said Pharasma, in a claim tone.
"So I'm suck here." Said Ben, as if he was, this was a terrible after life.
"No, as I don't like anyone wondering my palace. So I have no choice then to create a new universe to palace you in." Said Pharasma, Ben looked at her.
"Really, create a universe for little old me." Said Ben, hoping for a response.
"Listen, normally I wouldn't do something so dramatic but I more important things to attend to and this is the fastest solution. So what kind of universe do you want ?" Asked Pharasma, Ben looked at her in bewilderment.
"You are going to create a whole universe just for him and let me decide on what kind of universe it is." Said Ben, Pharasma nodded.
"I'm very busy and I have to deal with some very big problems. So tell me what kind of universe you want so I can create it." Said Pharasma, blinking.
Ben was stunned, completely stunned. He was dead and that was a shock but any problems he had with that where quickly replaced with ideas on what kind of universe he wanted.
