Rosalina spies an odd Mushroom with a Pacifier, resembling a mini mushroom. She reaches over and eats it, only to feel a fogginess in her head. Her legs feel weak underneath her, as she falls onto all fours. Her dress turns into a light blue onesie with a noticeable diaper bulge, as a pacifier appears in her mouth. Oddly, she feels really nice. She never got to have much of a childhood, so being made into an adult baby is a nice experience for her.
