Rachel picks you up and says “oh dear, Baby Tilly isn’t looking very good, well don’t you worry cutie pie, Dr Rachel will take good care of you”.
Rachel lays you down on the changing table, removes all of your clothing and says “now you stay right here and don’t move a muscle, Dr Rachel will be right back. Rachel returns holding a case of real doctors equipment. She places the case down on the table next to her and says “ok baby Tilly, let the checkup begin”
Rachel pulls out a stethoscope and puts it on, she looks over a checklist and says “ok, first up on the checkup checklist, check your heart rate”. You start to squirm as she presses the cold metal stethoscope against your bare chest, as you continue to squirm Rachel says “hey, I said don’t move a muscle, the more you move, the longer the checkup will take. Anyway, your heart rate is a bit faster than normal but that’s nothing to worry about, next up, check your weight”.
She places you on the scale and inspects your almost naked body. Eventually you hear the scale beeping and Rachel picks you up. She inspects the scale and says “oh dear, baby Tilly is looking awfully underweight, I’ll have to tell your mommy that she needs to fatten you up, next up, check your mouth”
Rachel sits you back down on the changing table, grabs a tongue depressor and a small light and says “now, let Dr Rachel have a look inside that pretty little mouth of yours, say ahh”. As you open your mouth, she presses your tongue down with the tongue depressor and inspects your mouth and throat with the light. Eventually she removes the tongue depressor from your mouth and says “ok, everything seems to be ok, now let’s check your ears”. Rachel grabs an otoscope and you once again squirm as she roughly inserts it into your left ear. She inspects it and proceeds to do the same thing to your right ear. She removes the otoscope and says “so, your mouth and ears seem to be normal, next up, check your teeth”, you look nervous as Rachel grabs her dental equipment and says “come on now baby Tilly, show Dr Rachel your pearly whites”.
Rachel places some kind of medical brace in your mouth that holds your mouth open, she lies you down on the examination table and proceeds to inspect your teeth with a dental mirror and a dental pick. After 5 minutes of Rachel poking and prodding at your teeth, she says “well, they look fine, but Dr Rachel still thinks that your little toothy pegs need a brushing, now hold still and just keep saying ahhh”
Rachel fills your mouth with some kind of strange tasting and strange smelling foam that almost makes you gag, she then proceeds to vigorously brush your teeth for 20 minutes. Eventually she finishes brushing your teeth and sprays them multiple times with a spray bottle of water that helps wash all of the excess foam away. She puts her dental kit away and says “well done baby Tilly, now your teeth are nice and clean”, Rachel grabs a digital thermometer and says “now be a good wittle baby and roll onto your stomach so that Dr Rachel can take your temperature”.
As you roll onto your stomach, Rachel pulls down your diaper and says “now this may feel a bit uncomfortable”, you suddenly begin to squirm as Rachel inserts the thermometer into your rectum. A couple minutes later it beeps and you once again squirm as the thermometer is removed and Rachel says “oh dear baby Tilly, your temperature is rather high. Don’t worry though, Dr Rachel has just what you need, Dr Rachel’s PIM treatment, it’s a simple 3 step treatment in which I will use some pills, an Injection and some special medicine that should bring your fever right down”
You watch Rachel grab a massive bottle of pills labeled “Dr Rachel’s Poopy Pills”, with each pill being the size of Rachel’s thumb, you get immensely nervous when you notice the word “suppository” on the bottle. You hear her say “don’t worry baby Tilly, this will all be over before you know it”, before you can ask her what she’s talking about, Rachel starts rapidly shoving pill after pill up your rectum, the more empty the bottle gets, the more uncomfortable you become, eventually you hear Rachel throw the pill bottle away and say to you “there we go, all done with the pills, now it’s shot time”.
Your feeling of nervousness soon turns into immense worry as you see Rachel grab a massive needle full of some sort of mysterious and slightly bubbling oily black liquid, as she approaches you, needle in hand, she says “in this needle baby Tilly, is a special concoction that will help you make lots and lots of poopies. Rachel suddenly places the full force of her palm onto your back, effectively trapping you in place. With the needle in her other hand she says “now baby Tilly, this may sting a little”. You suddenly scream out in pain as the needle is jabbed into your butt and you feel whatever was in the needle work its way through your body. Rachel removes her palm from your back, the needle from your butt and says “well done baby Tilly, you were very brave, now it’s time for your medicine”.
Rachel sits you back up and says “now you stay right here, Dr Rachel is getting your special medicine”. She returns with a bottle of thick viscous oily yellow liquid and a large wooden spoon. She pours about half of the bottle onto the spoon and says “you are a sick baby, so now you have to finish, this whole bottle, of castor oil”. “Now come on, open wide, say ahhh”, says Rachel as she moves the spoon closer to your tightly shut mouth. You refuse to open your mouth so Rachel slaps your inner thigh and just as you scream out in pain, Rachel shoves the thick oil into your mouth, Rachel proceeds to press your cheeks together, forcing you to swallow the oil. Before you could fathom what the hell you just swallowed, Rachel shoves the bottle into your mouth and forces you to swallow the rest of the oil. Eventually Rachel removes the bottle, picks you up and says “well done baby Tilly, now you’re all better and Dr Rachel is very proud of you for behaving so well. I’ll see you soon for your next checkup”.
