A: If you act like a baby
Someone, taking issue with our protagonist's immaturity, has decided to take some extreme measures to counter this, namely, giving them the baby treatment. Our protagonist may or may not actually end up liking this, counterproductively.
B: Age appropriate
Our Protagonist doesn't really fit in with kids their own age, but is much more in their element when hanging with younger kids and toddlers like their little sibling. Seeing this, someone or something decides to 'fix' this little error.
C: Baby of the family
Our protagonist was already a kid of a kid, maybe a toddler of a kid at times, but an older sibling/cousin/etc has decided for whatever reason to make our protagnist into a baby. It starts out small, making them wet the bed(if they weren't already) and gradually dragging them back into the throes of toddlerdom, our protagonist none the wiser(at least at first)
