The Protagonist gets a "Toon Up"

Olay, so we are gonna follow a scenario where a toon character, and we mean literal toon, not some person in a suit, is taking the protagonist under their care for three months, while the parents of the Protagonist take a break from constant diaper changes. And the Protagonist is a little preschool level 4 year old kid, who is gonna get, what is known as a "Toon Up", basically, where the kid goes through a machine, and comes out the other side, looking like a toon version of themselves. Now, before we decide on whether the protagonist is a boy or girl, and what they look like, and such, here is a question that should be asked...... is he being taken care of by a Disnry movie toon character who's gonna help him grow down, or is it gonna be a toon character from a Disney show that will be looking after our little protagonist.
