This choice: A wizard has summoned Leo by accident, believing him to be a demon • Go Back... Leo sighed as he opened the door to his apartment. It had been a bad night at work. Not only had his store changed its labeling system for where stocking went, they’d also recently rearranged the grocery sections, meaning the labels on the stock were out-of-date, and he had to find everything by eye. That meant he’d only gotten through about half of what he’d been asked to do, and had been stressed out. Thankfully his boss had understood, assuring him that he could just do the rest tonight.
Then, on his way home, the skies had opened up on Leo, meaning he had to dash into his apartment building. He’d been outside for only about ten seconds, but he was soaked to the bone nonetheless. He closed the door, and stripped off his shirt, causing his oversized breasts to bounce in their bra. “If I’d known the rain would start right as I got home, I would’ve brought my raincoat,” he grumbled, looking at the soaked garment. He sighed again. “Well, at least it’s laundry night tonight.” He went to his room, tossing the bedraggled shirt into his laundry basket, followed by his bra, leaving his breasts naked.
Deciding to towel off before putting on his bedclothes, he reached for his pants to undo them. Before he could, however, he felt strange, like ants crawling along his skin. With a sudden lurch, he felt a moment of vertigo that sent him to his knees, and the world shifted. He hadn’t blacked out or anything. One moment he was at home, the next he was… somewhere else.
As he struggled to regain his senses, he heard a bombastic voice. “Ah-hahahaha!! The summoning has worked!” The sheer ham in the voice allowed Leo to focus, and look at his surroundings.
He was in what he could only describe as a stereotypical wizard’s lair from medieval fantasy. Various potions stood on shelves on the walls, a telescope pointed outside the lone window in the room, and a number of strange devices littered the nearby desk, along with numerous papers. Leo himself was currently kneeling in a glowing red circle of arcane language he couldn’t understand.
The only other person in the room was presumably the wizard responsible for Leo’s relocation, and he certainly looked the part. Long flowing robes adorned a slim body, almost seeming too big for him. He looked middle aged, with scruff instead of a beard. The thing that concerned Leo was the maniacal look in the wizard’s eyes.
Leo rose to his feet. “Uh, hi?”
“Ah, she speaks! Good, this will make it easier,” the wizard nodded. “Welcome to my tower, demoness! Your new home!”
Leo was familiar with fantasy tropes, so he realized quickly what was going on. “Okay, pal, two things. One, I’m not a demoness, and two - ”
“Not a demoness?!” the wizard thundered. “Balderdash! You stand within my summoning and binding circle, and now you will obey me!” indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
