Chapter #2

Doug

    by: D Author IconMail Icon
Doug was just your average, every day blue collar guy. Currently he was employed as a mall security guard and walking his little commercial beat, trying to make the most of things. It wasn't exactly his life ambition to be a "mall cop". He was under no delusions about the low importance of his job and the very little weight it carried with people. He wanted to be a city cop, but just hadn't been able to make it happen yet.
The stress of not being selected again and again by the PD had taken a toll. Doug's girlfriend had left him a few weeks before. But he tried to stay positive, as he did with most things in life. Good, unexpected things could be just around the corner.

He would wish to make it on the department next recruitment cycle. Any bit of luck could tip the balance.
Right before flipping the coin in, Doug's eyes locked onto a pretty redhead in her early 20's passing by. She was cute. Cute enough to hold his attention for a moment. His eyes instinctively glanced her over body and noticed that she had a nice figure, but a flat chest.
She passed him by without looking. It was a crowded mall after all.
'Wish those were a little bigger', Doug thought. 'really wish I had that power' he smiled to himself and flipped the coin into the fountain.
It *plooped* and shimmered in the water as it sank to the bottom.
Doug continued on with his walking, not giving the girl or the fountain a second thought.
The redheaded girl, now a good distance past the security guard, absent mindedly adjusted her top. It was feeling very tight all of a sudden.
Doug headed over to...
