Adam, a 21-year-old man, makes a bet with his friend Evan that he can hold his breath underwater for five minutes. He loses the bet and as a result, Evan puts a box of mysterious items in his room. Adam opens the first two boxes, revealing some revealing lingerie. However, when he opens the third box, he discovers a pair of silicone shorts that turn him into a 21-year-old man with a real vagina.
