Two

Connor noticed Karl in discomfort and suspected it's from the period he's currently having.

Connor said "is they anything I can do pal" Karl said "afraid not Con unless you can fast forward time so my monthly cycle is over".

Although Karl is hiding it he's emotionally fragile, Connor has noticed although he hasn't said anything.

The game finished and they started watching Marley and Me it a film that they have both watched a few times.

But Karl started crying which is something he never did before.

Connor shuffled over a little and put a arm round his friend and Karl rested his head on Connor's shoulder feeling comfort as they watched the film together.

At some point Karl went into the bathroom changed his pad and ended up falling asleep.
