After climbing up those stoney stairs, and only finding yet more foggy forest greeting you at the top of them, you were trying to figure out where in the world you were, cause you were certian that the place you were before didnt have as long a stair case as that one was... and only to be met with just as dense of a forest as... this?
You began to noticed something off as you walked, the trees, almost as thick as the fog, were getting less so, and than after a moment of seeing this, you also noticed that you were hearing your foot steps walking on something more solid, like the stairs, even though there was more dirt road when you reached the top...
And yet when you looked down, you noticed that the path you were on was nolonger dirt, but instead as asphalt, although it looked old and decrepit, filled with pot holes that would have ruined your day should you have accidentally stepped in one.
This was surprising.. when did this happen? You look back into the dense fog you came from, but saw the road was still asphalt as far as the fog would let you see... and you didn't dare turn back now.
You did however, decide to move over off the asphalt, not wanting to risk stepping into a hole, or worst, getting run over by a vehicle... if there was any. You stepped to the side and found cement as a side walk, but it too was covered in a small layer of dirt and was cracked all over, with one of those trees bursting through them and standing tall.
Looking past it, you think you see some stairs, one that leads upwards and to a large set of double wooden doors, and another one that lead downwards, with old painted railings leading downwards into the dark depths. Walking a little ways, you see a clear(er) path between buildings, and looked like it lead to another part of this place... this... town... City? Where ARE you?!?
You than spot a bus stop as you were walking away from the Alley, and wondered if there was anything there that could help you...
In any case, you felt a chill run up your spine... you dont want to be out here for much longer than you need to... time to make a choice on where you're going.
