Florian was a timid boy, he didn’t have any friends and kept to himself. His mother, desiring him to make friends, signed him up for Naranja Pokémon Academy. The academy’s Director Clavell had come to drop off Florian’s enrollment paper and even gave him the option of three Pokémon. However, Clavell had to leave for another visit and requested Florian to meet him there once a decision was made. At his mother’s suggestion, he walked with the trio of Pokémon.
Florian was a skinny kid with brown hair and eyes. He was only 10 years old and stood at four feet and four inches tall. While that was within the normal height range of someone his age, his quiet behavior made him seem even smaller.
Florian arrived at the house to find the Pokémon making a mess of things. Quaxly the water duckling was splashing around in a fountain, Sprigatito the grass cat was rustling through the flowers and Fuecoco the fire croc had burnt a nearby orange to a crisp.
“Oh n-no please don’t do that!” Florian squeaked as he ran to attempt damage control.
“Oh, are you these three’s trainer?” A girl’s voice called.
Florian turned to see two people come out from the massive house, director Clavell and a girl who looked to be 18 or 19, maybe even 20 dressed in a Naranja Academy uniform.
“Not quite. Master Florian has yet to make his choice you see,” Director Clavell explained as the trio of Pokémon gathered in front of him, standing side by side. “I do wonder which of them he will choose as his first Pokémon.”
“Buenas! We haven’t met, have we?” The girl greeted cheerfully.
“I must say, I wasn’t expecting to see you here quite so soon,” Clavell admitted.
“Hang on, Director… Is this who I think it is?”
“Yes, this is our academy’s newest student, Master Florian. He will be attending as of today.”
The girl closed the distance between herself and Florian so she was right up to him.
“So you’re the kid who moved up the road! I’ve been dying to find out more about you! I’m Nemona! Normally I live in the school dorms, but home is here. Whaddya say, new neighbor– wanna be friends?” The girl introduced herself with boundless energy.
With how close the two were to each other, Florian could get a better look at Nemona. Their height difference was big enough that Florian only reached her chest. She had tanned skin and black hair that had a small green strip. She had big round orange eyes which went well with the orange shorts and tie that went with her school uniform, black tights covered her legs. Her chest was massive with each breast larger than Florian’s head. However, that was nothing compared to her lower half. Each leg was about as thick as Florian’s two and led up to powerful yet soft thighs. Her rump was truly mountainous, with each cheek more than double the size of Florian’s head and barely contained by her tights and shorts.
“O-oh u-uh sure,” Florian squeaked with a blush.
Nemona grinned as she took Florian’s hand into her own. “Love that enthusiasm! We’re gonna get along just fine!”
“Miss Nemona is president of our student council and a champion-ranked trainer in her own right,” Director Clavell proudly explained.
“I absolutely love Pokémon battling! In fact, we should battle right now— you and me!” Even though Nemona’s tone was incredibly friendly, Florian still felt like a Pichu being stared down by a hungry Pyroar.
Florian had difficulty trying to speak and put his words together, thankfully Director Clavell came to his rescue.
“Easy now– you two will be in the same class, so you’ll have plenty of time to battle later! And get to know one another better, of course.”
Nemona’s eyes shined with excitement. “We’re going to be neighbors AND classmates!? Nice! We’ll be able to battle all we want!” Her grip on Florian’s hands tightened.
“On that note, Master Florian…Have you decided which of these Pokémon you would like to be your first partner?”
Florian once more looked over the trio of Pokémon and took a deep breath. “Y-yeah I know who I want.” The petite boy stepped before the one he decided as his partner. “Fuecoco I choose you!”
“Fue!” The fire croc jumped into Florian’s arms causing its new trainer to stumble a few steps back. The young boy laughed and had a smile on his face, an uncommon sight for sure.
“Fuecoco seems to have taken quite a liking to you, Master Florian,” Director Clavell mused with a slight smile. “This is your first Pokémon, yes? Please raise it with love and care. And of course, be sure to keep it safely tucked inside a Poké Ball.”
“O--of course, I’ll raise Fuecoco with everything I got!” Florian said, his soft voice filled with determination as he pressed the button on Fuecoco’s Pokéball withdrawing the fire-type.
“Florian… I can’t believe you actually chose Fuecoco,” Nemona said with wide eyes.
Florian froze up. Did he do something wrong? Did Nemona hate him for picking Fuecoco?
Nemona noticed the younger boy’s worries and swiftly clarified. “I mean, like, way to make the perfect choice for you! You two make such a good combo!” Nemona turned to Clavell. “Can I choose one of these Pokémon too, Director Clavell?”
“Oh, but… did you not receive a Pokémon when you entered the academy, Miss Nemona?”
“Not back then, no! I had other Pokémon I was focused on raising at the time. But now I want to raise a new Pokémon alongside Florian while he raises his own new partner!” Nemona explained excitedly.
Clavell smiled with a nod. “Indeed, a rather splendid idea. If you wish to raise one of these Pokémon on equal footing with Master Florian here, I shall be more than happy to allow it.”
“Yesss!” Nemona cheered as she clasped her hands together then turned towards Sprigatito. “Since Florian chose Fuecoco, I’ll go for this little one!” The grass type meowed and stepped towards its new trainer. “Alright then! Now that we’ve chosen our Pokémon, we HAVE to battle!” She excitedly instructed Florin. “I’ll be waiting for you down at the beach. Come join me when you’re ready!” She ran off with her new Pokémon, her large butt bouncing and jiggling, barely contained in her shorts.
“Wow,” Florian whispered under his breath.
“As you may have noticed, Miss Nemona is a tad overly fond of Pokémon battling. But I do hope you’ll join her for a battle. It will help you get to know your own Pokémon as well,” Clavell said as he addressed Florian.
“Of course, i-it would be mean not to.” Florian walked down the path behind the house that led to the beach. Chairs, tables, and umbrellas were in place to provide seating around a blue battling court, Nemona stood right in the center.
“Over here!” Nemona called out with a bright grin on her face as she waved the younger boy over. Once Florian approached she continued speaking. “Anyone can be a Pokémon Trainer as long as they have Pokémon by their side! And it’s our duty as Trainers to help our Pokémon grow stronger through battle! So, you ready to battle me, Florian?” Nemona asked with a wide grin.
“Y-yeah, I’ll do my best!” Florian said trying to stand tall… but his height still only reached Nemona’s sizable breasts.
“Perfecto! I’m so excited! For this battle, I think I’ll use—”
“Miss Nemona,” Clavell cleared his throat, interrupting Nemona as he approached the beach. “I trust you remember that Master Florian is wholly inexperienced in Pokémon battling?”
Nemona awkwardly chuckled as she awkwardly rubbed the back of her head. “Heh, whoops… Good call, Director. I was about to send out one of my usual partners right off the bat... I guess I’ll take this chance to try out my new buddy instead!”
The two trainers walked to opposite sides of the arena.
“C’mon, Florian! Let’s have us a fruitful battle!” Nemona tossed her Pokéball sending out Sprigatito.
“Go Fuecoco,” Florian sent out his own Pokémon in response.
“I know this is your first Pokémon battle, so let’s just have some fun! Now, Sprigatito use scratch!” Nemona instructed as the feline Pokémon dashed toward Fuecoco with extended claws.
Florian’s mind raced, trying to think of what to do. Though he did remember the primary type advantages. “Fuecoco, use ember to intercept! The fire croc spat small flames but the other Pokemon managed to evade them and strike. However, Fuecoco did respond by spewing embers launching Sprigatito away.
“You must’ve been studying up! Smart move– Fire is strong against Grass!”
“Fuecoco keep using ember!” Florian ordered, the fire croc nodded and spat forth an onslaught of embers. Sprigatito hissed and winced as the small flames burnt the cat until it was knocked out.
“Wow! Not bad, neighbor!” Nemona held up her Pokéball and pressed the button to withdraw her partner, however, it crackled with electricity and the red laser hit Florian instead. Impossibly Florian was pulled into the Pokéball leaving behind Fuecoco’s.
“Oh shoot! Pokéball’s aren’t supposed to work on humans! What do I do, what do I do?” Nemona began to panic as she tightly clutched the ball.
Clavell’s eyes widened but managed to keep his cool. “Perhaps if you send Master Florian out as if he were Sprigatito then all will be right?”
“O-oh you’re right, please work, I don’t want my new amigo to be trapped forever!” Nemona pressed the button on the Pokéball and thankfully Florian came out. Unfortunately, he was only two inches tall as he lay in Nemona’s hand, scared and confused out of his wit's end.
“N-nemona?” The young boy whimpered.
What now?
1. Nemona and Clavell return to Florian’s house to inform his mother
2. Clavell goes to fetch Florian’s mom leaving Nemona and Florian alone
3. Nemona declares that since it’s her fault Florian’s stuck like this, she will look after him indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
