Baby clothes that are his size including diapers

"What, is this a onesie and a diaper? Why would someone leave something like this?" Ash asks but no response comes. "Pikachu?" He looks around and doesn't see pikachu anywhere and suddenly something hits him from behind and he's knocked out. He wakes up a little later, still no sign of pikachu and he feels different. He looks down and notices why he feels that that way.
