"Hello, I'm Marco! I'm your host for another episode of Talking Heads!" the host said. "We have an assortment of guests. Big and small. Real and fake. We chat and talk, but before that, we swap!"

This is literally a show where anyone can come in and swap heads with the host. All while guests can touch his body as they please and all sorts of things can happen. Head swaps happen via magic for the most part. So as for guests...
