Surge Shocks Whisper upon seeing her.

Surge soon comes across Whisper who at this point didn't know she was there. She smirks and uses her lighting on Whisper. SHe was shocked and Surge made it so that Whisper was her ally.

"Hello Whisper,"said Surge coming out of hiding.

"Oh Surge what are you doing here?"Asked Whisper acting nice to her now that they were allies.
