Michelle, an angel who takes the form of a massive sheep, has been chairwoman of the board of directors of Heaven since time immemorial. She has, for literally millions of years, kept the souls of the just and moral happy as rewards for there good lives. She is also the reason that Heaven also takes the neutral souls, being just as much of a softy as her wooly form implies and not willing to punish people for not doing much while alive. Recently though, the job has been waying on her, and she's been debating retirement. To try and help her past this, the department of Angelic Representatives assigned a human soul to help her relax in "any way they see fit"
The Odd Couple
Variably Large Dragon Angel, Variably Large Rabbit Demon
She had failed. Failed as horribly as someone assigned to be a guardian angel could have. Oh it was by no means her fault, at least according to the board, but the Celestial Dragon still felt miserable for what happened to Jenny, a human orphan who she was assigned with keeping on the straight and narrow in life... which she did. But she utterly failed to keep Jenny safe, as the girl would die of exposure after getting lost in the woods. Reasonably this perceived failure had put the dragon into a depressed state, that not even her boyfriend, a demon who takes the form of a large white rabbit, could get her out of...until she was given the new task of taking care of Jenny in the afterlife. The two spirits tend to take more "cutesy" forms nowadays as their true forms would probably terrify the little human girl who, unable to pronounce their true names, has christened them "Fwench Fwy and Ice Cweam" after characters in a cartoon series she used to enjoy when alive...
Angel Hares
Variable Size Male and Female Rabbit
Floor 3, the floor the vast majority of children in heaven end up at, doesn't have an official hierarchy of it's angel supervisors, and at the top of that hierarchy that doesn't exist isn't the Archangel Gabby. This massive white rabbit is a former guardian angel who, after an...incident involving an abusive father of one of her charges that she might of directly sent to hell, she was "disciplinarily promoted" by Michelle. Now she's in charge of making sure the children in heaven are doing well...and dishing out the occasional necessary discipline when Macro kids decide to punch down to the human ones.
Her right hand man, another rabbit named Zagagael or Zag, was originally working in the hells before needing to...relocate, after backing the old queen when her daughters tookover. He is much more into tough love than Gabby is.
