"Yeah, yeah no mom he's here." Judy reached for Jimmy as she kept talking on the phone, and despite Jimmy's best efforts she was easily able to grab him between two massive, soft fingertips. "Must of slipped into my bag while I was at the house...no he doesn't look hurt..."
Jimmy suddenly feels even smaller than he is...
"Yeah, I can watch him until you can get on a train its not a big deal...Love you too, mom, see you later" And with that Judy hung up...and turned directly to Jimmy. "Really? Really. Sneaking into a cops bag, that was your plan for running away?"
"I wasn't running away!" The response is far, far too defensive. "I just...I wanted to go to Zootopia! And I figured I could just ride back in your bag again aft-"
"Jimmy I'm not going back to Bunny Burrow for at least a month! Did you seriously think you could be gone that long and no one would notice?" Judy has already began walking to her apartment, Jimmy now sitting on the palm of her hand. "And, you wanted to explore Zootopia? Alone?! Do you have any idea how dangerous that would be for a human?"
"It can't be that ba-"
"There's a couple million, miles-tall from your perspective, people in Zootopia who, if you were completely on your own, would have no idea you were here and you would have zip-all for human infrastructure." Judy has fully slipped into lecturing as she walks. "Do you know how many human drifters end up dead or injured on accident at ZPD? I really, really don't want to have to tell Mom you ended up one!"
And from the look of pure terror on Jimmy's face Judy might of just gone a little too far.
