Trophy Hunters

The Huntingtons were a family were an old money family. They had several huge estates, private islands. Their family made their initial wealth through trophy hunting, especially with the ivory trade. After the world's ethics changed so did they and so they spent their money on investments. Though hunting was in their blood, it was in their name after all and they very much wanted to continue the practice.

On one of the last great hunts their family took part in was in a the Amazon. That's where Vincent Huntington the third discovered a strange plant, its sap sealed the skin of any cuts and allowed severed body parts to live for an unknown amount of time. It was a long time though as his hunting buddy's head was still very much alive and still in its youth in one of the storage boxes in the attic. That hunt was over fifty years ago.

Vincent discovered the plant only bloomed every fifty years and it would soon bloom again. He had taken several of the plants back to his estate waiting for them to do just that. As trophy hunting animals was in poor taste. As hunting animals were considered poor taste the Huntingtons moved onto humans with mock hunts for the last ten years or so. Everyone who participated agreed to be hunted and would make a game of it. Though this year would be different as with the sap, the Huntingtons would be keeping a trophy...
