During season 3, an event happens to give someone the power to shrink others.
Chapter #1

The welder of power

To start this off I will give two popular characters. Then, a scenario of how they gained or discovered the power. Plus, two free slots for a female and male respectively.

Ruby Rose; She gained the power by activating her silver eyes. They cause grime to turn to stone, but against regular people. It shrinks them down in size. The more she focuses the power the smaller they get.

Jaune Arc; During training, either with his friends or by himself. He tapped into his semblance for the first time, and shrunk the post he was swinging at. Now, he has to decide how he will use this power. The more aura pushed into the target the smaller they shrink.
