The giant's booming and powerful voice in itself seemed like a destructive force that made you wince in fear. You froze for a moment, but when the shadow of the giant drew closer as he reached out to grab you, you immediately sprinted away as fast as you can, making for the refuge of the washing machine and the small gap between it and the wall.

But the giant's hand was enormous and swift. You didn't fancy your chances.
