Chapter #3

Distant Lands and Immense Inhabitants

    by: EggzSupreme Author IconMail Icon
Ashfall Cauldron

A large valley nestled between several mountains and an active volcano which semi-regularly showers the area in smog and cinders. Various legends claim that this fiery wasteland is home to fire giants, 100ft tall humanoids with charcoal black skin, hair like flames and glowing eyes. A dragonborn’s natural resistance to fire and heat would be useful here, yet it is Carrie the human who is sent to map out the area.

The Slatebelt

A stretch of rocky badlands in the farthest reaches of the Draconic Republic’s territories, notorious for being unable to sustain any plant life and being a complete nightmare to traverse. Recent reports suggest that a tribe of stone giants has migrated into the Slatebelt, large humanoids reaching up to 75ft with skin that possesses the color, texture and toughness of stone.
