Anju
Anju is an assistant at a very high level, luxurious shoe store, The Pedestal. She prides herself in being a very attentive, caring and professional assistant at this store. Her manager, Felicia, tends to be pretty strict about this and often emphasises that client's wishes always come above anything else. One fateful day, Anju meets a customer who expects absolutely top level effort from her. She finds herself torn between trying to maintain her dignity and keeping her job.

Adele is a student journalist, who's always looking for new topics to write about. She's heard of a new trend on the online dating apps, where men look for ladies to shrink - and, inevitably, find some willing ones. Adele decides to investigate and write about it, so she immerses herself in this strange online dating scene and eventually runs into a man who seems receptive. How far is she willing to go to really understand this new trend?
