Nicholas kept looking around seeing everyone around him. He was sitting at a table outside on of the campus’ coffee stands yet there were other people besides just students there. Nicholas kept surveying everyone around him until he decided who he would “test his powers” on next.
At one table sat two young women, wearing some short dresses and sandals, fixing their makeup. Nicholas thought that maybe they were waiting on some dates or that they were doing a photoshoot somewhere nearby.
At another table sat two older businessmen, bankers, wearing their three piece suits and dress shoes. They were talking about things across different financial markets that Nicholas didn’t understand.
“If this power is real then maybe the young women can grow up and wear clothes that are more acceptable and these old men can stop always thinking of work and relax like when they were young.” Nicholas said as he looked down when he noticed his shoelace untied.
After tying his shoelace again, he overheard some giggling over at the girls table, and sure enough the old men’s heads were on the young women’s bodies. They were giggling cuz they saw their two dates walking out of a building towards them. When the two younger guys arrived they immediately started making out with the older men. One of the young men even said “you’re the most beautiful woman in the world. I love the way your mustache tickles” as he went back for an ever longer kiss. The other young guy had lifted his “girlfriend” up as they made out and was holding “her” up by her ass.
On the other side, the two girls heads on the old men’s bodies got up to throw their trash away and go back to work. Nicholas over heard one say “the wife is just so happy that the stock market is doing so well.”.
His power worked once again, and no one sees anything wrong with the situation besides himself. What does Nicholas decide to do next?
