Jack and Susan headed out from the lab in the car. Driving to a nearby village, the pair visit Cindi. As with the vast majority of those affected by the bimbo virus, she's not capable of spreading the infection. Only the most intimate of contact is required for the disease to spread. It also conferred a natural immunity to any further bimbo infection (with 99% efficacy).
Cindi's previous infection is obvious to all the other residents in the village, her bust and butt grown far beyond her previous dimensions. However, she's hiding a secret, having received an experimental injection before, she's managed to keep her full intellect.
With her looks, the other villagers only see the façade she presents.

Also still suffering from the boosted skin sensitivity, she can only bear to wear a bikini. Covering more of her skin makes it crawl, and react. Waves of nausea ensure she rips anything more discreet.
Distraught, she confesses that she wishes she were oblivious to her condition, and had the lowered bimbo IQ, and bubbly personality, that came with lowered stress levels.
Jack extends a hand in sympathy, and she squeezes it. Susan offers a supportive smile, and begs her not to do anything rash. Inviting her to call if her resolve weakens.
