Sexual Subsistence: One of genders no longer requires food or water to survive! Unfortunately... something more sexual has taken its place. For instance, perhaps all women need to have sex daily. And maybe various sexual things have new side-effects? For example, maybe semen also acts as an aphrodisiac and is highly addictive to the effected gender?
Hollow Shells: What if all women didn't really "own" their bodies anymore? In this case, any woman who's been sexually active (can be incredibly broad or particular) has their personality (or soul, whatever you prefer) reduced to a dildo. As long as this "personality stick" remains inside a body, they have control over it, and if someone touches it, they can telepathically speak with the holder. Lots of potential for possessions, body swapping, sharing control over bodies, etc.
Gender Dominance: One gender becomes subservient to the opposite. Entirely. Whether there are conditions (like "claiming" someone first or writing the desires down or something) or not is up to the scenario. For example, let's say that all men have become subservient. A woman (with conditions in place, obviously) has to have sex with a man to "claim" him as her own. Once she's done this, anything she writes down in a journal becomes reality for him. Physical changes, mental changes, whatever she writes down happens...
Symbiosis: What if one gender needed the other? What if all members of one were reduced to something like ghosts, ones that forced their "temporary" bodies to add some traits of those who possessed them? Of course, they don't have to be ghosts (or something like ghosts) they could be practically anything that needed a willing, preferably at least, host to borrow whenever they wanted to interact with the world.
