Yuma held her books tightly against her bosom. This morning, the bus driver simply didn't stop for her, forcing the girl to walk to school, almost missing her first class. Thank god almost all of her teachers loved, and felt some slight pity, towards her.
As she walked through a corner while adjusting her glasses, a foot, sliding at the right moment she was taking a step in hurry, made the girl trip down and fall to the ground. Her glasses flew out of her face and landed a couple of feet away from her. Moaning in pain after she landed on her books, she quickly got on all fours and began to walk around, looking for her glasses.
"S-sorry, please, can someone find my glasses? I can't see without them..", she said, fumbling the floor.
The owner of the foot who tripped her grinned as it saw Yuma trying to find her glasses. Everyone else was already in their classes and they were all alone in the hall. Quickly grabbing her glasses, it walked towards her and placed a foot over her tiny, skinny hand.
